New iPhone Common Problems and Solutions

Fortunately, this iPhone problem has an easy solution. Try using our technician tips to solve these three general iPhone problems!
The most common iPhone problem and their solution
Damaged devices can be very frustrated, but we recommend trying one of these improvements before giving up on your iPhone.
Note: Before trying this solution, you must reserve your iPhone to iCloud to avoid losing anything!
Turn off your Apple device and turn on again
We know this is cliché, but sometimes all your iPhone needs are reboot. Press and hold the volume down and the power button at the same time. Then, after your device returns, check to see if your problem has been resolved. If the problem remains, try one of the following solutions!
Update your operating system and application
Out of time software can be a cause of many problems. Make sure you have the latest iOS version and update your application can solve your problem.
To update your iPhone operating system:
Open Settings> General> Software Update. If the iOS update is available, it will appear on the screen. Because software updates often contain new features and important security patches, the best is to let your iPhone update automatically. At the top of the screen, you will see automatic updates. After opening, Toggle downloads iOS update and install the iOS update to the ON position.
To update the application on your Apple device:
Open your App Store profile by tapping the icon at the top of the screen, then select all update. You can also adjust this update occurs automatically by navigating to the Settings> App Store and switching to application updates.
If you -renew and update your iPhone operating system do not solve the problem you are experiencing, try using one of the following solutions.
1. The iPhone battery does not charge or dried quickly
Is normal for lithium-ion batteries on modern electronic devices for tired as time. After about 500 charging cycles, or several years, battery life decreases significantly. You can check your iPhone battery health in Settings> Battery> Battery Health to see what percentage of the remaining charging capacity. If your charging port is a problem or your warranty expires, a local mobile phone workshop can replace your battery for you. 2. The iPhone will not be connected to Wi-Fi
What is more frustrated than when our device fails to be connected to the Wi-Fi network? When you experience connectivity problems:
- Try solving your Wi-Fi problem! Start by confirming that your router is active and functioning. Are other devices in your home still connected? If not, unplug your router, wait at least 30 seconds, and replace it. Make sure all cables are safe and connected and the lights turn on again.
- Look at your control center to ensure that the Wi-Fi icon is selected.
- Still not working? Open Settings> Wi-Fi, tap on your network and make sure Auto-Join is activated.
- If your iPhone still refuses to be connected, try to tap forget this network. Then reboot your device and router again, and try to connect it back to your Wi-Fi network.
As a last choice, you can reset all Wi-Fi network data, cellular network settings, and VPN settings on your iPhone. To do this, open Settings> General> Reset> Reset Network Settings.
Note: This is also a suitable solution for cellular data connectivity problems.
3. Apple devices will not be turned off or turned on
When your iPhone does not respond or touch the touch screen, it is impossible to turn off your device. Fortunately, you can force your iPhone restart:
- Press quickly and remove the volume up button.
- Next, quickly press and remove the Volume Down button.
- Press and hold the power button until you see the Apple logo, then remove the power button.
The process will be a little different if you have a longer iPhone model. For iPhone 7, you need to press and hold the power button and the volume button down until you see the Apple logo on the screen. For the original iPhone 6s, the original iPhone SE, or older, press and hold the power button and the Home button until the Apple logo appears on your iPhone screen.
